The Good & Strong Club!

The Good & Strong Club is a social club designed for tweens, teens and adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities to hang out, have fun, socialize and practice some vocational skills. Each gathering will center around giving back to the community. We will partner with local organizations on projects that that can benefit others. Of course, karaoke will be part of our evenings too!

The Good & Strong Club gatherings will be held on the 2nd Friday of each month beginning October 11th through May 9th from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Dinner, drink, dessert and supplies for our Community Service project all included in the $25 per person fee.

Pre-registration with payment is required.

Onsite Support:

There will be an approximately 4-1 ratio of participants to volunteer mentors. Mentors will provide support in socializing with others and participating in activities. We are unable to provide one-on-one support or supervision, but participants are welcome to bring a staff or family member to provide extra support, if needed.
